Connecting your Google Business Profile to ReputeHQ is simple and takes just a few minutes:

  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard
  • Click on the Google Business Profile card
  • Click Connect Account and sign in with your Google account
  • Grant ReputeHQ permission to access your business reviews
  • Select the locations you want to sync

Once connected, your reviews will automatically sync every 15 minutes. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime from the dashboard.

ReputeHQ uses advanced AI to help you craft personalized responses to customer reviews:

  • Context-Aware: Our AI analyzes the review content, sentiment, and star rating to generate appropriate responses
  • Brand Voice: Customize the AI's tone to match your brand personality (professional, friendly, casual)
  • Editable: All AI-generated responses are drafts that you can review and edit before posting
  • Learning: The AI learns from your edits to improve future suggestions

To use AI responses, click on any review and select Generate AI Response. You can regenerate with different tones or edit the response directly.

ReputeHQ makes it easy to manage reviews across all your business locations:

  • Location Dashboard: View all locations at a glance with key metrics for each
  • Filtering: Filter reviews by specific locations or view them all together
  • Team Access: Assign team members to specific locations with role-based permissions
  • Bulk Actions: Apply response templates or actions across multiple locations

To add a new location, go to Settings > Locations > Add Location and connect the relevant review platforms for that location.

Stay on top of new reviews with customizable notifications:

  • Email Alerts: Receive instant or daily digest emails for new reviews
  • Push Notifications: Enable browser notifications for real-time alerts
  • Slack Integration: Get review notifications in your team's Slack channel
  • Priority Alerts: Set up special alerts for negative reviews (3 stars or below)

Configure your notification preferences in Settings > Notifications. You can set different preferences for each location and review platform.

Common questions about billing and subscriptions:

  • Free Trial: All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full feature access
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
  • Billing Cycle: Choose monthly or annual billing (save 20% with annual)
  • Upgrading: Upgrade anytime and only pay the prorated difference
  • Downgrading: Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. No cancellation fees
